Location/ date/ number of rooms/ number of guests/ hotel search
On the main page, in the “Quick Reservation” or the “Hotel Search” search box, enter 1 or more data for region/ check-in and check-out date/ number of rooms/ number of guests/ hotel and click “Search Hotels”.

Reservation process
The reservation process can begin once you choose a hotel of your choice from the search results. The reservation proceeds on the information page of the hotel. The available dates, type of rooms, and other options can be selected.

Input of reservation details & reservation confirmation
Once logged in, the reservation details are displayed with the member’s information and new information can be updated. To complete the reservation, one must agree with and check the cancellation policy. The information of the guest staying in the room must be entered for each reservation. However, a box can be checked to show that the guest is the same as the one who made the reservation.

Reservation details can be viewed through the payment details page.

Credit card information is used to guarantee the reservation of your hotel. There will be no other access to your card information other than the BENIKEA member. The card information will be discarded after the completion of the reservation process.

Reservation completion/ Reservation details
Upon completion of the reservation, a reservation number is given. Through the reservation number, the status of your reservation can be observed.
