      Korea Tourism Organization (hereinafter “the company”) establishes and discloses the guidelines for processing personal information as follows, in order to protect the personal information of primary information provider and handle related problems quickly and smoothly in accordance with Article 30 of Privacy Protection Act.

      1. 1. Collecting and Owning Personal Information
        • A. The company collects and holds personal information only under the legal provision and the consent of information provider. The major personal information the company collects and owns based on the legal provision are as the following.

          Member information is stored for a certain period set by a legal provision if necessary. In such case, the information is stored only for the purpose of storing it.

        • A. The company uses personal information of users within the range of processing purpose set by Article 1, and does not utilize such personal information beyond the range without prior consent of users or provide it to a third party in principle.

        • D. Right to Refuse and Disadvantages
          The primary information provider can refuse to share his or her personal information, and is unable to sign up for a membership or use the reservation service if required items are not entered.

      • About cancellation charges
      • Cancellation charges occur according to the cancellation charge regulation per hotel when cancelling reservation 4 days before date of stay.
      • This is only applied to the room price, and cancellation charges are applied by number of days of staying for continuous stay
