Reservation Process
- - All rooms prices listed on the BENIKEA website include VAT.
- - Upon confirmation of your reservation at the hotel, the reservation status will be changed to Reservation Completed, and a text message and an e-mail will be sent to you. (Text messages are sent only to mobile phones opened in Korea)
- - Please contact the hotel if you have not received information on your reservation status. Contact information for the hotel can be
found on the reservation confirmation page.
- Reservation

- Reservation
- You cannot change your reservation after it is completed. If you want to change your reservation, please make a new reservation first and contact our customer center to request a cancellation(Please note that if you try to make a reservation again after canceling your reservation, you may not be able to reserve a room due to lack of availability.)
